How much sugar is in a...



According to the NHS website, "Adults should have no more than 30g of free sugars a day, (roughly equivalent to 7 sugar cubes)."


The negative impacts it can have on our health include affects mainly our weight and teeth. Sugar found in drinks is often 'added' for a sweeter flavour and there are some drinks that contain natural sugar which is unavoidable.


The easiest way to cut down on sugar is to check the labels and find alternative options. Here are some of our well-loved drinks and their average sugar amounts and some great alternatives to try instead!
