Earth Week, The Coconut Collaborative

We can't resist the delicious treats from pudding connoisseurs, The Coconut Collaborative! Finally, we can enjoy sweet treats guilt-free, well kinda, as these guys have a keen focus on sustainability. Their plant-based pleasures include creamy Ice cream, Yoghurts, Pouches and Desserts which are dairy-free, gluten-free, low in sugar and vegan and they have a variety of tasty flavours; Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Banoffee, Mango & Passionfruit and many more.

As well as being plant-based their packaging is also sustainable as they use fully recyclable and made from recycled plastic. In their spare time whilst not creating magic pots of goodness, they have been supporting the Pur Project by planting thousands of trees across South East Asia. This not only allows them to source the best ingredients to use in their products but also helps the local communities to thrive.

They have lots of fun and unique recipe ideas on their website that incorporate their products such as the 3-ingredient Naan Bread (we were super impressed with the lockdown trend of making bread using so few ingredients and were surprised that yoghurt was the trick!), One-Pot Dahl, Vegan Pancakes and Vanilla Natas. YUM! We can't wait to try these out!
